ARE YOU SERIOUS?

It's been TWO MONTHS since the last news update? SHEESH. If I didn't know better I'd say it was as if The Seedy Seeds have been busy kicking butt and taking names, existing on 18-20 hour days followed by 3-4 hours of sleep, 7 days a week; subsisting on burritos, spaghetti and tortilla chips; recording, touring, and arranging things for a better, cleaner, more organized and well-staffed PLAY FOR WORLD DOMINATION.

Actually that's pretty accurate. Apologies for the lapse.

NEW 7" EP TO BE RELEASED ON

Words can't properly describe the awesomeness, support and encouragement that Cincinnati has shown for as long as we've been doing this. Hold on to your butts, world, because they will soon be rocked off Cincinnati Style!

SHEESH...WHERE TO BEGIN?

What a long, strange month it's been! First off, TSS have been invited to play the CMJ Music Marathon in NEW YAWK CITY, a fact which is truly amazing.

The plan is to cause as much trouble as possible with fellow Cincinnatians (and CMJ performers) You, You're Awesome, venturing forth like the minstrels of yore, spreading the fine Cincinnati traditions (chili on spaghetti, unfiltered beer, saying "please" instead of "excuse me") all up in Gotham Town.

Given TSS's obsession with amazing food, it is also a fine opportunity to consume more of the best bagels ever.

HALLOWEEN SHOWS ANNOUNCED

In order to ring in the harvest, and in celebration of All Hallows’ Even, and also because it's extremely fun to do so, TSS have planned several opportunites to have a fantastic time jumping around until all the candy you've eaten comes back up the hard way.

The first is October 30 at Northside Tavern in Cincinnati, where TSS will share the stage with some extremely awesome folks that go by the name of Wussy. There will be back-and-forth sets between the two bands, outrageous surprises and fun, and oh yes, it's a TOTALLY FREE SHOW.

Up next, and just announced, is the Beaux Arts FALL BALL featuring Man Man, Hood Internet, Dinosaurs and Disasters, and more. There will be a costume contest, an extra hour of party thanks to Daylight Savings Time, and it will also be crazy amazing.

Cra-mazing.

For all the details, check out our schedule page!

WINTER TOUR NEWS

This winter, TSS will be joining The Young Republic out on that long, dark road. TYR are totally sweet, which fits nicely with the offical Seedy Articles of Confederation, which states "The Seedy Seeds greatly enjoy touring with bands that are totally sweet." This can only be a win-win situation for the average concert-goer and you are strongly encouraged to indulge, if you know what's good for you.
